How do I order additional stationery items ie. RSVP, Wishing Well etc?

ORDERING ADDITIONAL STATIONERY ITEMS FROM OUR DESIGNER COLLECTION:


ONE 

Contact us via email or phone and state the additional items required ie Wishing Well, RSVP, Placecards, Posters, Stubby Holders, Coaster.  A quote will then be created for you. Please allow 2-4 days for quotes.

TWO 

Once you decide to work with us, a 50% deposit will be required with the balance due before the completion of work. As soon as your deposit is received we’ll get started on your artwork. Just let us know what wording you would like and potential colour schemes. Your first proof(s) will be sent via email within 2-4 days of receiving your 50% deposit.

THREE 

When the print approval form signed by you, we will send your pieces to print.

FOUR 

Printing, assembly and delivery takes approximately two weeks.
Your final payment is due before we mail your pieces.

How do I place a Customised Stationery order?

Creating beautiful, customised stationery that reflects your personal style is our art.  We like to think of ourselves as a "Dream Studio", where all your ideas come to life.

CUSTOMISED STATIONERY PROCESS:

ONE 
The process begins with an email, phone call, or meeting within which we will gather all of your ideas and inspiration.

TWO 
We provide you with ideas for you to select from.  At this stage we get a feel for colours, fonts and any other elements.  Every step of the way, we are here to help you, so if you are undecided on a theme or colour scheme we will assist you in the elimination process.

THREE 
Once you decide to work with us a 50% deposit will be due.

FOUR 
We will provide you with a customised design created specifically for you based on all our previous discussions.

FIVE 

We will tweak and perfect your design through a round of proofs.

SIX 

Once we receive a print approval form signed by you, we will send your pieces to print.

SEVEN 

Printing, assembly and delivery takes approximately two weeks.
Your final payment is due before we mail your pieces.



Please allow approximately four weeks in total for design development, printed stationery and delivery to anywhere in Australia.

​DELIVERY.  We will post your stationery anywhere in the World.  Australian deliveries are subject to a flat rate for $12.70 with a tracking number provided.  Overseas delivery will be calculated at the time of order placement.

*FREE Pickup can be arranged if you live in the Bathurst area.

Is there a minimum order?

No.  At Renee Gray Design Studio we believe your budget is extremely important so why pay for an amount that isn't required.  You can order 1 to 1000, the choice is yours.



When ordering please keep in mind you may need extra stationery either for additional guests or for your own records.

How much notice do I need to give?

The amount of time for each order can vary considerably.  Ideally we like to begin the process approximately 6-8 weeks before you would like to post your invitations.  Invitations that do not require special stock and additional assembly may be completed at short notice.



Please note that guests should receive three (3) months notice before the event.



Orders can be taken over 12 months in advance, so as soon as you have a date please feel free to book your Stationery requirements in with us.

Do you have Sample Invitations?

Yes.  We can provide you with a sample Invitation from our Ready-Made and Custom Collections.  Samples Invitations cost $10 including postage.

Pricing - How much can I expect to pay?

Stationery starts from $3.00 to $12.00 per item depending on the stock chosen and assembly requirements.  The average Invitation will cost $6.50 including high quality stock, ribbon, backing card and envelope.
